Michelle has contacts that she has gathered over the years that allow her to workout a problem. We had plenty as we progressed and she just went after them as though it was routine. In the final days of the sale there were several negotiating issues that came up and as one might expect she managed to wrangle them all to the better and we ended up closing like nothing I've seen before.
