If you are looking for a house in the Oro Valley area Michelle Ripley is the only realtor to USE. Michelle showed us houses that were available and as close to our needs as possible. When we picked a house that we thought would work the first thing she said was that she needed the night to do comps to make sure we were not overpaying for the house. If it is possible for my jaw to hit the floor, it came close. Never had I had a realtor worry about what we were paying for a house...Most realtors only show you a house that they or their agency have listed so they receive the higher commission! They also just want a quick sale with no regard if the house really fits your needs. In the end we decided to live in Florida and dealing with realtors there was exactly like the poor behavior mentioned above.
